Black & White Polka Dot Cotton A Line Retro Skirt.  This classic style polka dot skirt features a high waist and A line skirt with concealed zipper.  This one can be worn everyday, and or add a petticoat to give it a more defined flare.

This flared skirt is knee length & looks great with a retro top or even a corset.
