This dress is stunning!  It is black with embroidered roses on the bodice and skirt.  It is an off shoulder design with high waist A line skirt with tulle overlay.  This dress would suit so many occasions, eg formal, party, swing dance, pin up, bridesmaid, races etc.  If retro, vintage fashion is your thing you will absolutely love this dress.
