Description
This is your basic black mini skirt / half slip with thin elastic waist. It is great to wear under some of our costumes that might be a ‘bit on the short side’ particularly for wearing under the bustle skirt varieties.Â
It does have a little bit of stretch – it is a thin, lightweight fabric.Â
Polyester 90% Spandex 10%.
