This Black Gothic Tulle Tutu layered skirt has a stretchy elastic waistband with irregular hem. It is a puffy style with a satin skirt underlay.
This is a great skirt to add to your cosplay collection. Would suit gothic, burlesque or many other themes.
The skirt length comes to above the knee and is approximately 45cm in length (to end of mesh).
We offer this skirt in both standard and plus size:
Standard Size: 6 – 14 – Waistband can stretch from 24″ to 32″.
Plus Size: 16 – 20 – Waistband can stretch from 32″ to 40″.

The skirt will need attention after packaging – ideally, a hand-held steamer is best, otherwise you can iron carefully by placing a towel on top of the fabric and use a low setting to smooth out and remove creases.
