This awesome Burlesque Victorian Gothic shrug is characterized by sheer floral mesh and features a high neck with black feathers on the neck and shoulders.    It has front clasp closure and elasticised underarm cuff.  This style has cap sleeves  – which is just the feathers creating some shoulder coverage.  It is lightweight and delicate with soft boning.  This is a wonderful addition to your Victorian, Burlesque, Gothic, Steampunk wardrobe.
