White mini tutu has a satin stretch waist band with layered sheer mesh. The tutu is very short & very sheer. The longest layers are approximately 27cm. This is a SALE ITEM and the price has been reduced to reflect the quality.
Waistband measurements (unstretched) as follows:
XS: 24”; AU 4 -6
S: 26”; AU 6 – 8
M: 28”; AU 8 – 10
L: 30”: AU 10 – 12
XL: 32”; AU 12 – 14
