The A Line Petticoat Skirt has a lycra stretchy top and waistband. The underskirt has 2 layers of 3 tiered organza. The petticoat waistband is stretchy. The petticoat is worn under a retro, vintage, swing, rock n’ roll dress or skirt to give a nice soft flare to your outfit.

Please note: Petticoats may need attention after being packaged. The easiest way to get the creases out is to immerse it in a basin of water and hang out to drip dry. This will weigh down the fabric and help the creases to drop.
